This Pom Pom Unicorn cowl is so quick and easy to hook up and soooo soft! I wish the internet had squish-o-vision... it's the perfect project for a quick Christmas or birthday gift for friends and family, or for yourself!
And here's the free pattern!
You will need:
R1: Using two strands of yarn, make a slip knot and ch80. Join with ss to form a ring.
R2: Ch3 as 1st tc (US dc). Tc (US dc) into each ch. Join with ss.
R3 - 18: ss into next st sp. Ch3 as 1st tc (US dc).
Tc (US dc) into each st sp to end.
Join with ss.
R19: **Ch6, yarn over and insert into the 3rd ch from hook and make bobble stitch. Ch3 and make another bobble st by yo and insert into the 1st of ch3

How to crochet the Pom Pom Unicorn Cowl:
You will need:
10 x 25g balls of Sirdar Snuggly Snowflake Chunky in Rainbow Spray shade 0403.Work two strands at once and crochet into the spaces between stitches to form a denser fabric.
6mm crochet hook
Scissors

Abbreviations:
tc = treble crochet (US double)
dc = double crochet (US single)
htc = half treble crochet (US hdc = half double crochet)
ch = chain
st sp = stitch space - space between stitches
ss = slip stitch
FO = fasten off

Miss 1 st sp and dc into the next.
Ch3, miss 1 more st sp, dc;
Repeat ** - ; to end. Join with ss and FO.
R20: Turn your work so that the pom poms are now on the bottom edge of the cowl and join new yarn into any st sp. Ch1 as 1st dc (US sc) and dc (US sc) into each st sp to end. Join with ss and FO.
